Having practiced as a professional engineering in Canada’s energy industry, Frank has a uniquely technical and practical approach to complex legal issues. Frank has effectively defended clients against charges under the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act, the Environmental Protection Act, the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the Ontario Conservation Authorities Act.
With respect to construction law, Frank has successfully resolved a number of construction related disputes involving contractors, owners and suppliers.
